The Lower Silesian Opera was established in 2024 by the Foundation for Cultural Development in Wrocław. Since 2015, the Foundation has been committed to organising artistic events, supporting young artists and developing culture in the Lower Silesia region. The founder of the Foundation is Wiesław Małucha, who also serves as a member of the Board of Directors, together with Kamil Skrok.
Lower Silesian Opera aims to present and popularise opera and classical music at the highest level. At its concerts, it represents a carefully selected repertoire that delights both connoisseurs and new audiences every month. An important aspect of the Lower Silesian Opera's activities is the cultural promotion of Lower Silesia and support for young local artists and composers, for whom special concert series are prepared.
It is you, my dear fellow concertgoers, who constitute the ballet of the concert
As well as listening to wonderful music, the audience of the Lower Silesian Opera has the opportunity to immerse themselves fully in the emotion by dancing and co-creating the show.
